A Wrap Up of the World Congress on September 16, 2025. The 2,800 attendees who joined the 2025 AIPPI World Congress in Yokohama left the event with a rich and great experience. Yesterday and among many others activities, the AIPPI Executive Committee (ExCo II) adopted the four resolutions for the 2025 Study Questions! Great work for the Study Committees. All delegates and members involved in the process, who have diligently worked on these resolutions over the last year, were applauded. AIPPI GROUP UAE Study Committee participated and submitted its inputs in relation to the Preliminary Injunctions Study Question. The fina resolutions are going to be available in the AIPPI Library after the World Congress event. AIPPI UAE group attending delegates and members participated, voted and discussed during the Congress sessions many important and rich areas in IP practice. Great content and sharing of international best practices on various topics relate to trademarks, patents, copyrights and others.
