Today saw day 1 of the 4th Arab Conference on IP at the University of Sharjah on "Protecting IP Rights in the Age of Digital Technologies".

This 2-day event is organised by ARADO, Emirates Intellectual Property and E-Just and the University of Sharjah. The day saw 2 keynote speakers: Jimmy Nguyen spoke on Monetizing Startups' IP Rights in the Blockchain, AI and Web3.0 Industries, and Professor Dr. Amr Adly on Digital Technologies and fostering an environment of Innovation and Creativity.

Thereafter, followed sessions covering topics related to IP in the digital world.

AIPPI GROUP UAE was represented by several members and board members, including our President who moderated a panel.
